Sci-tech was one of the first specialist recruitment companies to supply scientific and technical staff in Australia. Our Key Account Managers come from technical backgrounds, and their experience of the unique demands of this sector enables us to provide the highest standards of service. All interviews are conducted by Key Account Managers and the pre-selection procedure is individually tailored for the role and its requirements. It includes technical questioning designed to test the candidates' knowledge of equipment and procedures, and behavioural assessment to test factors such as motivation and role within a team.
